Josh's coach calls this his signature event. Three weeks ago he swam this at US Nationals in Irvine CA and crushed his previous personal best time by almost 8 seconds - it was an exciting swim to watch! As a swimmer, it is really hard to focus an entire year on a single event (Nationals) and then have to come back in only a few weeks and make it happen again. He did it...he took off another second and finished 5th in an incredibly fast heat of Australian and Japanese swimmers.
